Jacob Hamacher is a dedicated massage therapist at CrossFit 1490 in Marietta, Georgia. With 8 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, Jacob has worked with athletes from the Olympics, NFL, Ironman, CrossFit Regionals, and triathlons, helping them recover and enhance their performance through targeted massage therapy. He specializes in injury and rehabilitation-focused massage, utilizing techniques such as Active Release, Passive Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, and Orthopedic Assessments.

In addition to his massage therapy practice, Jacob has been a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer for 10 years, providing personalized programming to help individuals unlock the best version of themselves. He creates customized plans to guide clients back to training after injuries, ensuring a safe and effective return to their fitness routines. This tailored approach not only aids in faster recovery but also reduces the risk of re-injury by focusing on the unique aspects of each individual's condition.

Originally from Rolla, Missouri, where he was homeschooled and attended Metro Business College, Jacob now resides in the Atlanta area. Outside of his professional life, he maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying activities such as CrossFit, pickleball, chess, archery, unicycling, hunting, and hiking. He is happily married to his wife, Morgan, and they are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first daughter.
